The ipod touch comes with the original plastic packaging with usb cord and has a screen protector on it and with the pink case. The ipod has no scratches on it but only scuff marks which most ipods have on them. The ipod touch is jailbreaked on ios 5.1.1 and in the pic it gots 5 icons going across and down plus way more cus its jailbreaked.
